Innovations

For more than half a century, our high-performance and highly efficient equipment has been setting standards in specialist foundation engineering. But we don’t just rest on our laurels: We are making great strides on the path to a successful future with our innovations. And we look forward to taking this journey together with you.

The future is electric: BAUER eBG 33 H all electric

Highly efficient, zero local emissions and extremely quiet – that’s our eBG 33 H all electric. Not only has the diesel drive been replaced by a powerful electric drive, but all the main consumers are also purely electric. An electric rotary head (KDK) and the electric main winch ensure the highest level of performance. Furthermore, the BAUER eBG 33 H all electric is equipped with our new B-Tronic 5 with assistance systems and extended data networking.

Zero emission anchor drilling with the KLEMM KR 806-3E

The battery-powered electric KR 806-3E is compact, yet also powerful and extremely versatile. The universal anchor drilling rig also features considerably reduced fine dust and noise emissions as well as significantly enhanced energy efficiency. The main consumers are powered by a magnetic permanently excited synchronous motor – 154 kW top performance. Depending on the requirements, the battery is automatically charged or used to cover load peaks. Thanks to the connection using a 125 A/400 V AC cable, energy supply on site is extremely easy.

Rethinking cutter projects: BAUER Cube System

The BAUER Cube System was specially developed for use in confined spaces. Due to its flexible application possibilities, for example, it is capable of operating below ground while life on the surface goes about its usual business. It produces less dust and noise, benefiting personnel as well as the entire environment. Due to its compact format and reduced need for construction vehicles, traffic is less negatively impacted as well. For us, this is a real gamechanger when it comes to challenging cutter projects in densely populated urban areas.

Next level desanding with the BE 600-C

Bauer MAT Slurry Handling Systems is the specialist in the BAUER Maschinen Group when it comes to mixing and separation technology. In spring 2023, this branch from Allgäu presented a new desanding plant with the BE 600-C that truly keeps it all together: This two-stage equipment with double cyclone design is installed within a container frame. Apart from its throughput rate of 600 m3 per hour, the plant is impressively fast and easy to assemble, so it can be put into operation in next to no time for cutter, tunneling, grabbing or drilling projects. What makes it unique: As needed, the BE 600-C can be divided into two individual BE 300-C units, making it flexible down to the smallest details.

Perfectly coordinated cutting system: BAUER BCS 185

In the form of the BCS 185, the BAUER Maschinen Group presented guests at its in-house exhibition in spring 2023 with a specialized cutter carrier that offers a highly economical entry-level variant for a cutter system combined with the hose drum system HDS 90-T. This equipment can achieve trench depths of up to 90 m. During the development process, one key focus was to ensure compact and modular design in order to optimize the equipment for transport and assembly. Specifically, it is made up of a MT 185 base carrier equipped with a 585 kW (Stage V) engine, an HDS 90-T hose drum system and a BC cutter unit from Bauer – impressive technology.
